Rob Ellis is a founding director of COG Research.
He studied Politics, Philosophy and Economics at Oxford, and worked in a number of advertising agencies including DDB and WCRS.
In 2005 he set up COG to exploit the new insights that neuroscience and behavioural economics can give on consumer behaviour.
He has won multiple industry awards and has presented at ESOMAR, MRG and MRS conferences, SMMT, IPA and European and LatAM TV Conferences and Belgian MRS Conference and ESOMAR Italia. He has been a judge of the MRS Awards for past 4 years and lectures at Southampton, Bournemouth Universities and Cranfield School of Management
He is currently working with Durham University Neuroscience Unit, Oxford University School of Psychology and the Media School at Bournemouth University as well as commercial, media and third sector clients.
